I'm Nicole.

I am a naturopathic doctor, wife, mother, entrepreneur, and a firm believer in the power of natural therapies to promote optimal health.

One of my primary areas of expertise is managing inflammation naturally, and there's a reason I'm so passionate about helping people improve their health so they can live their best lives - I'VE BEEN THERE TOO and I know how much of an impact it has on every single thing you do.

When I was a teenager, I suffered from debilitating migraines. Now I'm not talking about your average headache (those were great days for me back then).

I would be totally incapacitated with intense, throbbing pain. I would lose the ability to speak, parts of my body would go numb, I'd be dizzy and nauseous and nothing I did would stop the symptoms for hours or even days at a time. I took pain killers every day for over a year. I missed family gatherings, school events, outings with friends - all because I was stuck inside in a dark room, just trying to make the pain stop. 

My doctors at the time didn't have any concrete answers so along came a bunch of prescriptions that thankfully my parents didn't fill. They started looking for other options and found several practitioners who had answers and solutions.

This was one of my first experiences with natural medicine and it changed my life. I still struggle with headaches occasionally but I have a variety of tools at my disposal that help me manage them effectively when they show up. 

And I want this to be your reality too!
